Candidates selected for the programme begin preparation for their summer experience through a series of orientations with the Institute as well as with their host organization. These candidates spend a minimum of eight weeks learning with the organization. Summer internships at Alkush offer hands on experience of corporate life to these candidates.
Internship is one of the on-the-job training methods. Individuals entering industry in skilled trades like machinist, electrician, laboratory technician, marketing and HR, are provided with thorough instruction through theoretical and practical aspects. Universities and industrial organizations together provide the opportunity to the students to gain real-life experience as well as employment.
Technical and management graduates can opt for Job Training at Alkush. We provide focused training of the subject to study the actual working site in real life environment.
